Paper egg cartons are a fun and useful supply for crafting. You can make all sorts of animals with just a few additional supplies, plus your creativity!

Materials

Egg cartons

Scissors

Glue

Paint brush

Paint

Chenille sticks

Poms poms

Googly eyes

String

Other odds and ends for decorating

Directions

1. Cut apart egg cartons to the sizes and shapes you choose.

2. If needed, glue egg carton parts back together and let dry.

3. Paint your shapes and let dry.

4. Add eyes, wings, dots, legs, antenna — whatever else you need to decorate and complete your masterpieces. Don’t forget to use your imagination!
